The artificial board xenon lamp weather resistance test chamber measures the tolerance of artificial board samples to light by exposing them to ultraviolet (UV), visible light, and infrared light. The light generated by the xenon arc lamp is filtered properly to simulate sunlight to the greatest extent possible. This filtering method is the best way to test the tolerance of artificial board samples to visible or ultraviolet light.

The unique sample rack tray of this device is very convenient to use. The tray is tilted 10 degrees from the horizontal direction and can hold flat specimens or three-dimensional space samples of different shapes and sizes, such as parts, components, bottles, and test tubes. This tray can also be used for testing materials that flow in high-temperature environments, materials exposed to bacterial culture dishes, and materials that provide waterproofing on roofs;
Box production
The shell is processed and formed using high-quality A3 steel plate CNC machine tools, and the surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic for a smoother and more beautiful appearance (now upgraded to rounded corners);
The inner liner is made of imported high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plate;
The insulation material is high-density glass fiber cotton with a thickness of 80mm;
The mixing system adopts a long axis fan motor and a stainless steel multi blade impeller that is resistant to high and low temperatures to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation;
Double layer high tensile sealing strips with high temperature resistance are used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area;
Adopting non reactive door handles makes operation easier;
High quality fixed PU movable wheels are installed at the bottom of the machine, which can easily move the machine to the designated position. After fixing the wheels, the equipment can be fixed in that position;
Install a set of visual observation windows at a reasonable position on the door of the equipment. The observation windows are made of multi-layer insulated tempered glass, which can clearly observe the test process.
Equipment control and protection system
The artificial board xenon lamp weather resistance test chamber has multiple cycle programs, blackboard temperature, and test chamber air temperature and humidity to choose from, and is used for programming and simulating different usage environments. The exposure function and temperature are automatically calculated by a microcomputer, with PID self-tuning function, and controlled by a thin film button type intelligent temperature controller. The operation is simple and fast. Time can be divided into total time, lighting time, spraying and stopping time, which are set separately. After the setting is completed, the equipment will automatically run according to the input program. The light irradiance display will display the current light irradiance intensity at any time. During the experiment, if any abnormalities occur or after the experiment is completed, the equipment will immediately sound an alarm and automatically terminate the experiment.
