Main purpose:
The MJB-100 pendulum type impact testing machine for artificial boards is developed for load impact performance testing of various types of wood, artificial boards, and decorative artificial boards. This testing machine meets the requirements of GB/T 17657-1999 "Test Methods for Physical and Chemical Properties of Artificial Boards and Decorative Artificial Boards" for conducting "impact performance determination" tests on artificial boards and decorative artificial boards. This testing machine complies with the requirements of GB/T 17657-1999 "Test Methods for Physical and Chemical Properties of Artificial Boards and Decorative Artificial Boards", ZB N 72021-88 "Technical Requirements for Hydraulic Wood Universal Testing Machines", and "Technical Conditions for MJB-100 Pendulum Impact Testing Machine for Artificial Boards".
This machine adopts embedded system control, LCD digital display, and automatically calculates the impact strength of the sample and the average impact strength of a group of samples. It can store the test results of each experiment and facilitate retrieval and printing. Suitable for various artificial board production enterprises and inspection departments to test the impact resistance of non-metallic materials such as wood and artificial boards under dynamic loads.
