Artificial board rolling wear tester (surface wear tester)
Model: BC-GMJ-5
Main purpose
The BC-GMJ-5 rolling wear testing machine is mainly used for testing the surface wear resistance of wooden floors and other non-metallic materials. It is an ideal testing equipment for quality inspection departments and production enterprises at all levels of artificial boards; In this application, it can replace the Taber type wear tester.
Experimental principle
Before starting the test, the operator places the sample with a clean surface on the turntable and clamps it tightly; After installing the grinding wheel on the machine, set the counter to zero and gently place the grinding wheel on the specimen. Turn on the vacuum cleaner and the test piece can rotate for testing. The rotation of the test piece on this machine is driven by a motor, and the buttons on the control panel control the motor and counter, etc.
Main technical specifications
1. Maximum test force: 5N
2. Accuracy of test force: ± 0.2N
3. Test piece rotation speed: 60 ± 2r/min
4. Maximum size of specimen (mm): Length=(110 ± 2) * (110 ± 2) or Φ 130 ± 2
5. Dimensions (width * length * height): 24 * 35 * 31cm
6. Weight: 25kg
Working conditions of the testing machine
1. The working environment temperature is 10-35 ℃, and the relative humidity is less than 80%; No corrosion, no strong magnetic field interference;
2. The workbench should be stable, level, and free from vibration;
3. Power supply voltage: AC220V ± 10%, 50Hz.
