Product Introduction
BC-WNJ-1 electronic universal testing machine is a new generation microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine designed specifically for higher education institutions and research institutes. The computer system uses a fully digital controller to control the rotation of servo motors through a speed regulation system. After being decelerated by a reduction system, it drives the moving crossbeam to rise and fall through a precision ball screw pair, completing various mechanical performance tests such as tension, compression, bending, and shearing of the sample. In addition, it is equipped with a wide variety of test attachments, which have a very broad application prospect in the mechanical performance testing of metal, non-metal, composite materials, and products.
This machine is widely used for material inspection and analysis in industries such as rubber and plastics, textiles, building materials, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable, and home appliances. It is an ideal testing equipment for technical supervision, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises, and commercial inspection and arbitration departments.

Equipment Description
1 Host
1.1 The host adopts a high-strength portal frame structure, which has high strength and small deformation;
1.2 Adopting imported high-precision ball screws for efficient and stable transmission;
1.3 The transmission part adopts circular arc toothed synchronous belt transmission, and there is no gap in both directions during the transmission process;

The fully digital measurement and control system has many advanced features and technological innovations, mainly reflected in:
1. The data acquisition system consists of 4 high-precision 24 bit A/D conversion channels. The highest resolution reaches 1/300000, and the entire process is not divided into different levels;
2. Select original branded integrated components such as BB, AD, Xilinx, etc., with fully digital design;
3. Compliant with PCI bus standard, automatically recognized and installed by microcomputer, achieving "plug and test";
4. The electronic measurement system does not have analog components such as potentiometers, ensuring interchangeability and facilitating maintenance and replacement.
