3、 Institutional Overview
The scratch testing machine for artificial boards consists of three parts: the main unit, ruler, and electrical appliances (see Figure 1).
1 Working principle
During the experiment, the operator places the cleaned sample on the turntable and clamps it, with the test surface facing upwards. Adjust the ruler lifting mechanism so that the tip of the diamond marking needle contacts the specimen and the upper edge of the ruler is level. Move the weight to the required test force position and tighten the tightening nut behind the weight to start the test. If the specimen needs to undergo a second test, the ruler radius adjustment mechanism can be adjusted to change the test radius before conducting the second test. This machine is driven by a synchronous motor to rotate the test piece, and the button on the control panel controls the test.
2. Host part
The main body of the scratch tester for artificial boards is mainly composed of a ruler (1), a ruler lifting mechanism (2), a turntable (3), a frame (4), weights (5), a ruler radius adjustment mechanism (6), and other parts. The weight can be moved on the ruler to adjust the test force applied to the specimen; The ruler lifting mechanism can adjust the height of the ruler according to the thickness of the specimen, so that the marking needle on the ruler is pressed against the specimen. The turntable is installed above the rack to place the test piece. The scratch radius adjustment mechanism can change the scratch radius, allowing tests to be conducted on the same specimen with different scratch radii.

3 Electrical components
After the power is turned on, press the "Test" button on the control board to start the motor. After one revolution, the motor automatically stops and completes one test.
